Clockwork Angel Review

Can I just take a moment because Will Herondale? ALLOW ME TO JUST TAKE A MOMENT TO FANGIRL OVER THIS BEAUTIFUL MAN CASSANDRA CLARE HAS CREATED. CASSANDRA CLARE HAS MADE AN AMAZING BLOODLINE OMG. GOALS ARE WILL HERONDALE, JACE HERONDALE. LIKE CAN I GET SOME OF THAT.

Now that I'm done embarrassing myself. If you don't know already Cassandra Clare is my favorite author because she wrote my favorite series, The Mortal Instruments, I can never repay her for that kind gesture. I thought Jace was a masterpiece but then there's Will and I can't deal with this. I need to start speaking in review format. Okay so basically Tessa gets a ticket and letter from her brother who moved to London. When she arrives she gets taken to these sisters and they start training her for 'The Magister'. Low and behold Will Herondale swoops in and saves her (along with Jem, can't forget his gorgeous self). She ends up in the London institute and learns about shadowhunters and a world she didn't know existed. That is all I can tell you without getting into spoilers.

I give this book 4 stars **** because it is 5 star worthy but I'm afraid to give it 5 stars and risk going into the second one expecting too much. However I am currently excited to start the second book.

That's all I have for today Loves! I'll see you next year hopefully with more reviews, updates, and videos.

Looking For Alaska *contains spoilers (with warning)*

4/5 stars. Before I get too far into this review let me just say I didn't like Alaska. I didn't like her at all.
John Green didn't fail with this story. I may not have liked Alaska but John can write a damn good story. I feel that the character development was good. Pudge seemed to have matured and blossomed as a person unlike the shy lonesome character he was before. Alaska was the same throughout the book. I couldn't understand why Pudge was so obsessed with Alaska but I believe that was because personally I didn't like her. The Colonel didn't change either he was just as witty as he was at the beginning when I first met him.
The plot of this story was really good. I didn't let Alaska get in the way of me enjoying this story. I would like to thank John Green for writing this.

*Spoilers*

John Green is known for his emotion, tear-jerking stories. However, when Alaska died honestly I didn't care. Pudge and everyone was so heart-broken over it and I honestly didn't care. At one point after she died I couldn't decide whether to continue not caring or actually miss her even though I didn't like her. Sometimes in the book I didn't understand Pudge's intentions. For example he was 'oh so in love' with Alaska but had a girlfriend who after like 2 days of dating he let put her mouth all over his dick. If you're 'oh so in love' with Alaska don't let another girl put your wiener in her mouth.

In Conclusion:

I really enjoyed this and half-way through reading it I decided right then that I wanted/needed more John Green in my life.

Happy Birthday To Me

Hey Loves, so my birthday was yesterday. I wanted to share the details so..here we go.
I got to skip school and just chill all day. I haven't missed a day all semester and my mom said yo you don't have to go. Not in those exact words. So we went to Kohl's and I got some jeans and a few shirts (you may see me wearing them in my videos soon.). We later ventured to Target where they had some very adorable Christmas cards. While at target I picked up 4 books :

Since my birthday party is Sunday though I decided to have them wrap/bag 3 of the books for me to open at my party. They told me I wouldn't have anything to open and I would look pitiful but I now have books to open!

Later, my boyfriend and I went on a hot date and he took me to me Barnes & Noble (shocker). Also he forced me to let him buy 2 books instead of 1 (the one was a struggle too).

Then we ate dinner at Carrabas and smooched.

Beautiful Creatures Video Review

December Book Picture Challenge: Week 1

December 1:Currently Reading
When the month of December started I was reading Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl.

December 2: Book Set In Winter

I have not yet read this book but I plan to one day read it, hopefully next Christmas.

December 3: Snow On The Cover
I currently have not read this book either but that is a goal for 2015. I have though read Becca Fitzpatrick's other work (Hush,Hush Series) and I really enjoyed it.

December 4: Favorite Book and Candle
I don't have a favorite book so I chose one that I really enjoyed reading in 2014 while I had my favorite candle burning which is a baby powder scented candle.

December 5: Happily Ever After
We can't forget our old favorites. Also If you've read/watched the Twilight series you know that Breaking Dawn has a good ending. I would consider it to be a happily ever after. I am still waiting for Stephenie Meyer to write some more. Granted I know she wrote the Host but I still want more. I want something with Jacob or Renesmee.

December 6: Favorite Book and Winter Drink
I do not have a favorite book because I enjoy most books that I finish. One of my favorite drinks is chocolate milk. Especially in my cow mug.

Beautiful Creatures Review

So I just finished this book and it was AMAZING. The story line was really long but the story itself was simply perfection. I could not put this down! I love love love love this and definitely will be reading the sequel soon. *****/5 Stars! Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl y'all wrote an amazing novel.

December Book Picture Challenge

I have goals to complete this! I'm thinking on here maybe instead of a daily post I'll do a couple at once and include it in my vlog I've been trying to do. I have current plans of filming my next one. So look for it coming soon!
